Discworld Noir - Walkthrough - Part 1
107:00 - After the intro, Lewton will be hired by Carlotta to find a man named Mundy. She tells you he's been in Tsort and arrived aboard the Milka. She also tells you that the Milka is at The Wharf which will unlock this location. Leave your office and make your way to The Wharf.
07:40 - Talk to Mr Scoplett, who is standing up on the ship. Take to him about all available dialogue options by selecting the mouth icon. This will unlock the options " The Milka's Passengers" and "Sacrifices". After selecting these, click on the notebook icon and talk to him about "Mysterious Passengers", "Mundy" and "Milka", this will unlock the location of the Cafe Ankh.
12:35 - Go to the Cafe Ankh on the map. Don't head straight into the cafe yet. Instead, head over to the cart to the right of the door and double click on the Crowbar to pick it up from the cart. Now proceed into the Cafe. Talk to Nobby using the mouth icon, talk to him about "The Old Days" and "Vimes" to unlock the location of Pseudopolis Yard. You can also use the notebook icon to talk to him about the "Milka" to learn about the recent murders.
21:05 - Next, talk to Captain Jenkins who is sitting at the back of the Cafe. Talk to him using the mouth icon first of all to unlock the dialogue options "Previous Voyage" and "Boarding the Milka" but he won't give Lewton permission to have a look on board.
23:16 - Leave the Cafe and head back to The Wharf. The sailor standing on the left side of the screen should now be gone (if not, leave and come back until he is). Head to this left area, open the inventory and use the Crowbar on the Crate to end up on the Milka. Pick up the Label floating in the water, then exit the hold via the bottom of the screen and go to the cabins via the left door. Examine the lower bunk to pick up a Scrap of Cardboard. Exit the cabin and Lewton will make his way off the ship.
26:48 - Lewton will automatically head back to his office. Leave and head to Pseudopolis Yard and talk to Nobby about "Mysterious Murders" and"Mysterious Passengers" via the notebook. Leave the Yard and Lewton will be stopped by Malachite who will ask him to find Therma. This will unlock the location of the Octarine Parrot.
32:38 - Head to the Octarine Parrot and wait for Sapphire to finish her song. Talk to Mankin using the mouth icon about "The Octarine Parrot", "Mankin" and "Sapphire". Now she has finished singing, speak with Sapphire. Select the mouth icon to unlock the dialogue options "Sapphire" and "Mankin", then open the notebook and speak with her about "Malachite" to unlock the location Rhodan's Workshop and "Therma".
39:50 - Leave and head back to Pseudopolis Yard and speak to Nobby about "Madam Lodestone". This will unlock the Mausoleum location. Head to the Mausoleum and double click on the Tombs to prompt Lewton to try to find Madam Lodestone's tomb without any luck.
42:10 - Leave the Mausoleum and head to the Cafe Ankh. If you have now spoken to Nobby about the "Mysterious Passengers" twice now, Lewton will automatically speak with Ilsa when he heads inside. Click on the mouth icon to unlock the dialogue options "The Song" and "Old Times". Open the notebook and talk to her about "Mundy", "Milka" and "Mysterious Passengers". Finally, open the inventory and show her the "Label" that we found on the Milka. This will unlock the new location Pier Five.
50:20 - Leave the Cafe and head to Lewton's Office.
