BOF 4 is also notorious for being perhaps the darkest game in the series, as exemplified near the game's end when you enter an evil lab filled with diabolical mist, huge vats with organs floating in them, and eventually reach an area that is entirely flesh.
The music perfectly sets up how unnerving and shocking the lab is, as well as reflect the mentality of the twisted scientist behind it all.
