DIY - refurbishing a re-used USB plug - using hot glue - who knew? (just a first try)
This hot glue is really crappy and cheap, it doesn't stick very well, so that's when I got the idea that I could put it in different molds. Until now I only used it to fill holes in wood panels, so I basically have no experience with it ... but it turned out great on the first try.
Maybe I'll make another video once I make some better molds for 3.5mm headphone jacks too. I have a lot of plugs and connectors I've reused over the years and they are all missing the rubber part... so this process will be very useful for me.
PS: plz forgive the vertical video, my phone has a bad sensor, so it rotates the screen and camera when it wants to ... Youtube no longer allows you to rotate it back, unfortunately.
