Many people (and companies) are scared of the Open Source and GPLv3 license in particular. One of the reasons for that is people think that they will have to make the source code publicly available. That every change that was done to the GPLv3 licensed code has to be published. It's not true. GPLv3 requires granting access to the source code for all the users of the software. If you do not release the software outside of your organization, you do not have to share anything!
