The second level, known as the Jump Board Scene, is a more difficult level that incorporates more platforming. Right at the start is a wide gap that can only be crossed using the jump board. If you hold the jump button down while landing on the jump board, you will be launched higher and further than usual. The upper moving platform can actually be reached with the jump board, allowing you to skip part of the level. Otherwise, you will have to take the lower moving platform and jump to the hanging rods. One of the rods keeps raising and lowering, so you'll need to time it right, but once you are holding the rod, it will stay lowered. Very fair design.

The second half of the stage is more vines and you are assaulted by an endless barrage of bird enemies Nitpickers! Every now and then one of them will even drop an egg, which can be hazardous to the earlier platform section. It may look a bit intimidating at first, but it's actually very easy to sneak underneath all the Nitpickers by grabbing the vines at the lowest points possible. I consider this stage to be the hardest just because it's so long and has such variety of gameplay and hazards. Once you reach Donkey Kong at the top, you will complete the level.
