I was about to upload on you tube mysecond time of the map of 02:53 which got very fast improved down to 02:40 from skepticist first and from j4rio with 02:25. But then.. umh I remembered j4rio writing that his demo was a first exit, and I decided to try the map an hour while listening some tv crap-show. His run was using a different route, making good use of the rockets, which are placed right before the exit. Thanks to this, now they actually make sense in the level. I simply polished his time-wastes in clearing a few enemies, and had finally a pretty good AV-area after the yellow key. I saved the barrels, and one BFG shoot; the archvile wasnt resurrecting much, and all the chaingunners died as well as everything else within seconds. If all goes perfect, it's clear from my video how the extra 40 cells can be used and some nice 02:1x could be reached. The map, even if small, and even if this run arrived relatively soon, is very unpleasant to speedrun, because monsters at beginning, and several different areas can be deadly anysecond. Or at least it was for me; in one hour I only could be twice with a good exit-time, and I'm happy i could kill 2-hit the cyb in such a narrow area. Dying from splash rocket damage isn't uncommon if your strafes aren't sharp and your armour low. Anyway, first exit with this route from me as well.
