But that is a good thing as James Paddock has shown through so many projects and soundtrack recordings that he is a MVP of the Doom community among other legends. Among his works is a total of 6 livestreamed mapping forays which were released to showcase mapping, This is the 2nd one which was livestreamed in August 2016 and then released in September of that year.
The Joy of Mapping II like the first wad is a foray for new mappers to learn about how mapping works, and was also about new mappers doing concepts from their own imagination. When I heard "Recapture" by David Shaw begining in map01, I knew I was in for a ride. The maps can be rough around the edges but still full of action. Also, Happy 30th Birthday to Doom, Take that pain medication and enjoy it.
