In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be utilizing Omen strategies! Specifically, we'll be building around The Thirteenth Bone, the Omen that scales off of how many Omens you're carrying! This Omen single handedly enables Omen centered builds, giving you the damage scaling you need to make such things work. HOWEVER, obviously going beyond Omen 3 is extremely risky, as it makes you die if you take even a single point of damage directly to your HP. There's a couple of ways around this, one of them is by having a lot of shield...but the other way around it is through Mercury Hearts. I can't stand Mercury Hearts. It's a Dark Ability I avoid pretty much always, because I don't enjoy some of the ridiculous things you can come across that remove them (such as the screaming Maid in act two who stuns you). However, occasionally a run presents itself where I can't help myself. That run was today, because I have not one, but TWO Thirteenth Bones! Frost and Dark Paladin are my skulls of choice for this Omen attempt. Let's see how this Omen run goes, can I overcome the hardships?
