I think if they threw in vampires, my copy of LotR would've expoded. But that would mean 10x more combat encounters...😢

We finally get to kill a dragon. (A small one, but still.) Use the logic of a point and click adventure game to open a door, and fight an unnecessarily large amount of spiders, bears, trees, wolves, werewolves, demons, undead things, and a crazy old magic hermit.

Essentially this is a story of an elf with a huge grudge who hates the...lycantrophic offspring of men who may or may not have killed and raped his children, thus making him and a spirit/wolf immortal for centuries. Then a bunch of humans get to retire from their furry LARPing.

I'm actually pretty happy: the plot was very clear, the storytelling was smartly done with the story teller elf/history of the Dalish and the plot, and we met a hot tree lady. We just got beaten over the head with every goddamn forest and dungeon creature x3. Yay. Scripted backtracking. 👌
