📜 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1. Initiate the Quest
After completing "The Blood of Arlathan" and "Hummingbird's Lament," speak with Bellara at the Lighthouse to start the quest.

2. Enter the Ancient Capital
Travel to Arlathan Forest and proceed to the ancient capital.
Solve the beam puzzle to activate a bridge leading into the ruins.
3. Delay the Ritual
Inside, Bellara identifies a large orb accelerating the ritual.
Interact with the orb to trigger enemy waves.
Destroy three marked amplifiers while fending off enemies.
Repeat this process three times to progress.
4. Navigate the Barrier Puzzle
Proceed to the Lower Chamber, where a five-point barrier blocks your path.
Use beam generators to energize five nodes:
Locate and place a power crystal into a beam generator.
Aim beams at specific nodes to disable the barrier.
This involves climbing, repositioning beams, and activating consoles.
5. Confront Anaris and Cyrian
After disabling the barrier, enter the ritual site.
A cutscene reveals Cyrian's betrayal of Anaris.
Anaris retaliates, mortally wounding Cyrian.
6. Boss Battle: Anaris
Phase 1:
Anaris is shielded by three orbs behind statues.
Destroy these orbs to make him vulnerable.
Beware of summoned Greater Shades and Voltaic Shades.
Phase 2:
At two-thirds health, Anaris regenerates his barrier.
Repeat the process of destroying orbs and dealing with minions.
Phase 3:
At one-third health, Anaris gains new attacks, including spinning ice beams.
Use arena statues for cover and focus on interrupting his spells.
7. Aftermath
Bellara bids farewell to her dying brother, Cyrian.
Return to the Lighthouse to complete the quest.
Bellara becomes a Hero of the Veilguard, unlocking new armor and a skill based on your choices.
