📝 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Initiate the Quest:
After completing Neve's earlier quests, speak with her at the Lighthouse to trigger "A Clear Mind."
Meet Neve at Low Tide Beach:
Travel to Dock Town and find Neve at Low Tide Beach to begin the quest.
Collect Rocks:
Search the shoreline for three rock piles:
First pile: Near the water's edge.
Second and third piles: Beyond a wooden shack; pass through it to find the remaining rocks.
Interact with Neve:
After collecting the rocks, follow Neve to the dock. Engage in a conversation that may include romance options, allowing you to deepen your relationship with her.
Investigate the Spillway:
Proceed to the Spillway area, previously visited during "The Smuggled Relic Case."
Use Neve's "Just a Hunch" ability to examine three remnants:
Two near the location where you fought Albin Bataris.
One near a waterfall in the distance.
Conclude the Quest:
After the investigation, engage in a final dialogue with Neve. Your choices can influence her perspective on protecting or inspiring Dock Town, though these decisions have no immediate major consequences.
