Prerequisite: Complete Neve’s companion quest, A Clear Mind
Objective: Investigate mercenary activities and rescue prisoners
Rewards: 500 XP, Defiant Plate armor, +100 Shadow Dragon’s Strength, Companion Bond Increase
🗺️ Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Initiate the Quest:
After completing A Clear Mind, return to the Smuggler’s Docks in Dock Town.
Defeat the group of mercenaries that appear; this will trigger the Mercenary Intent quest.
Investigate the Venatori Warehouse:
Enter the warehouse located north of the docks.
Collect three clues:
A notice pinned to a wooden beam on the first floor.
A scribbled note in the left room on the second floor.
A hastily replied letter in the right room on the second floor.
Confront the Venatori at Low Tide Beach:
Proceed southeast to Low Tide Beach.
Defeat the Venatori forces, including a war mage vulnerable to ice attacks.
Utilize heavy attacks to break yellow shields and ranged attacks for blue shields.
Rescue the Prisoners:
After the battle, open the nearby cages to free the prisoners.
This action completes the quest and grants the aforementioned rewards.
