Formless One
Unlock and complete “Restless Spirit” and then “Pinnacle of its Kind”.
After killing 3 Revenants, open the sealed door in Necropolis Halls to face the Formless One.
Fangscorcher
After Fire & Ice, talk to Taash at the Lighthouse to start her quest.
Face Fangscorcher in the Deep Woods.
Kataranda the Stormrider
Accept from Taash at the Lighthouse (Beach map in Rivain).
Fight near water—avoid electrified pools.
Kaltenzahn
Final companion quest in Sharksmouth Caves.
Use fire or ice appropriately.
(Optional) Revenant Dragon/Blighted Dragon(s) – these do not count toward this trophy.
⚠️ Trophy Glitch Warnings
Many players report the trophy not unlocking despite defeating all four dragons. On PS5, this is a known bug.
Possible fixes:
Reload before your final dragon fight and defeat it again.
Some players needed a second playthrough post-patch for it to register.
