0City maps are pretty common in the Duke 3d map library, and going over it will take time. Some good and some are average.
This city map has.. so so mapping, the bizarre moving platform at the beginning was odd but a unique scripted part, The map does have a annoying part requiring the jetpack and I couldn't find one requiring me to use the DNITEMS cheat to reach the end, actual effort map but still frustrating the lack of a necessary item to exit.
