Duke Nukem 3D Mods #77:The Silver Weapons Patch TC Demo

Just how can it be all 3 of those things? It's also possibly the laziest mod I've seen in my life...but there could be worse out there, This one was released on August 12th 2008 a day after Megabyte Zone...Could the same author have made this?
The mod only changes the look of the Tripmine, Shotgun, Pistol, RPG and Chaingun Cannon to have terrible low resolution textures and the pistol replacement alone is just the Duke 64 pistol but turned silver... I can't imagine what the author was thinking when they made this mod.
