This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E2L9: Overlord - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Overlord is the ninth level of Lunar Apocalypse and the last level of the episode, where Duke fights the Overlord himself. I forgot to mention that some of Overlord's frames were apparently missing in the original game, making his death animation look a bit dull.

The map itself has not gone through many changes, but the most notable change would be the absense of the Mini-Battlelord prior to entering the area with Slimers and that waterfall. He has been replaced by a bunch of Octabrains. They probably thought it would be not fair to fight him under those conditions.

Fight against the Overlord is fairly easy as long as you have a weapon that has a high rate of fire, preventing him from firing any rockets. He is pretty fast, so keep an eye on things to avoid getting squished by him.
