This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E3L1: Raw Meat - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Raw Meat is the first map of Shrapnel City. It has all the weapons there for the taking if you can find all the secrets. The start is the tough part, but if you can get past that, you will be fine.

I did notice a few differences here. There were two extra doors and the masked wall connecting the water area near the start was removed and replaced by a solid wall that can be lowered.

Raw Meat is a solid opener for the third episode, giving you a plenty of stuff, but at the same time, things get tougher pretty quickly in Shrapnel City so...
