Efficient Beginner Snake Build - EARLY GAME GUIDE - Scratch Made Dyson Sphere Program Twitch Stream
59Welcome to a new Dyson Sphere Program series, where I will be streaming a full Let's Play style build of a base from landfall all the way to building a Dyson Sphere completely from scratch. If you're a beginner and want to see a build from the ground up, this is a great place to start. If you're familiar with DSP but just want to relax and hang out, you're welcome to watch here or catch me on Twitch. In this session, I go over plans for automating EVERYTHING that gets built early. It may take more time to set up, but it will save a lot of time down the road. We also get in a few fights with the AI Narrator and learn that apparently all tool-tips are necessary AND important regardless of what the setting menu says. Just early access things. But by the end of the video, we have our starting production set up with just a few things left to clean up regarding sorter speeds and resource input. The next goal is getting red research online so that we can start stacking storage boxes and doing some elevator magic.

That's the beauty of these kind of games: you can follow a guide or go your own way. As long as it works, it works.
Dyson Sphere Program is a factory building game that lets you jump between planets and star systems to collect resources and build, shockingly enough, a Dyson Sphere. It is a game that has greatly captured my imagination and does not feel like it is in Early Access. But at this stage it is, and at least so far there is no combat or enemies, so we are free to build. In this series, I will be focusing on correcting the mistakes of my first play through, working more efficiently, and completing a Dyson Sphere BEFORE I do the "Mission Complete" research.
