26As an ENFJ, it's natural for you to have a strong desire to lead and make decisions. And you know it's important to consider others' perspectives and balance decisions with empathy and understanding. How do you do that? Imagine the parts of your psyche as a Fellowship of characters. Your dominant function, extraverted Feeling (Envoy), pushes you to proactively support and provide for others, and your tertiary function, extraverted Sensing (Adventurer), drives you to keep things light and immediately gratifying.
To balance that offensive energy, tap into your auxiliary function, introverted intuition (Mystic). Ask yourself, “What would happen if I overlaid the other persons map of reality on top of my own?” What could you learn? What blanks could be filled in?
By accessing the unconscious mind and seeking deeper meaning, you can find solutions that meet everyone's needs and then create a harmonious culture that isn’t tied to the context and immediate environment. Long-term impact.
