Balancing work and life can be a challenge for ENTJs. Just like a well-functioning team needs different people and departments working together harmoniously, ENTJs need to find balance between the part that wants to get things done (the Strategizing Commander) and the part that has a clear vision of what those things should be and the unfolding story of your life (the Visioning Mystic).

Here are two strategies that can help:
Set clear rules for yourself: There will always be more to do, so do your best to make a clear distinction for Task time and Rejuvenation time. Eben Pagan calls this T-time and Re-time. Don't blend them.

Prioritize high-leverage self-care: Not all self-care functions at the same level of effectiveness. Make time for activities that help you recharge and maintain your physical and mental health, like exercise for destressing, and meditation, art, or reading for true rejuvenation. Track which activities help you the most and implement them.

Rules and high-leverage self-care will help you be more a harmonious and efficient Visioning Commander.
