TL;DW - Muffy has a psychotic break and deludes himself into thinking people are interested in interesting things like where to place user interfaces, and stuff like UI scaling at 90%, eve-o preview versions, moving the popup message locations, locking the neocom into its smallest size, having the watch list & system locations bm folder in optimal locations, having the largest possible local & overview windows vertically, having a target lock anchored at just the right place so you can see all 13 targets and interact with them if needed.
