and possibly disconnection by server error might also be another exception to the rule that you cannot log off manually by any means (x or quit or log off) without releasing control.

i suppose i could test it by pulling the plug on my modem. but i think perhaps that it'll only be a case of DT? i dunno. why the hell am i wasting time on this crappy immersion breaking game with apparently no rules and the inmates in charge of the asylum? lol

how would one even go about formulating a coherent bug report about something CCP can't even understand themselves, let along hope they could possibly fix - and if they even care about their unintended consequences (unless, ofc, they look like utter fools and a laughing stock for appearing absolutely incompetent...and then, ofc, their patch notes to 'fix' the issue is just marketing fluff to appease their patrons - and cover their embarrassment)...but, who cares, amirite? their metrics would never betray this sort of FUBAR, SNAFU. and besides, PCGamer only cares about the next cool story about griefing & record numbers in TiDi. lulz
