Even more investigation of waypoint stations in Factorio 0.17.16

Additional investigation into how exactly waypoint stations behave, thanks to farcast's bug report on the factorio forums.
It appears a waypoint station isn't considered to be "passed", and removed from the schedule until the front of the train is ~2 tiles past it. As long as something changes the train's speed prior to this, it will repath and consider the waypoint station not to have been passed, while if something disrupts it afterward, the train has already removed it from its schedule.
