Exerion Famicom / NES CRT TV Playthrough asmr
1Released 2/11/1985, Exerion for Famicom, like its arcade counterpart, features pseudo-3D scrolling, inertial effects, and parallax views. The backgrounds repeat in a loop and include pyramids, Easter Island heads, and alien cities. Exerion may use color better than any of its predecessors on the Famicom, and the graphics are overall a step up as well. Jaleco's first entry in a stellar run of games for Nintendo never made it to the U.S., which is a shame. It is the first game I will use a Quickshot Aviator 2 to play with since the arcade version included a similar joystick.
I am considering a playthrough to be beating the hi-score. I played on an original NES with a Game Genie adapter (see Shorts) to allow for playing a Famicom cartridge. I am using a Quickshot Aviator 2, RCA cables, and a Sharp X-Flat 27" CRT TV.
