THIS is the only engine I am offering for the time being.
It can be downloaded from my site.

It is a little more stable, and uses a new movement engine that my old Mega Man Engine doesn't use. It should give you a start for your own game. ;)

This is why I haven't worked on my old MegaMan engine in a long while.
I am working on a new static platform engine with a few more features.
In other words, this is kind of like an experimental update of my old megaman engine, where extra programming is involved, and more options are explored.

I experiment with using floating point movement, & fast loops in Multimedia Fusion 2.
I make use of floating point movement for features such as walking on ice floors.
Using fast loops helps fix collision errors in walls, ceilings, and floors.
Conveyor belts also makes use of fast loops.

I also experiment with reverse gravity features, like in Mega Man 5 Gravity Man stage.
