This run somehow ended up an improvement, but had a couple of disasters with early task prioritisation, powergrid issues, and rocket fuel. I figured this would be a good opportunity to talk more in detail about Wave Defense scenario specifics and what the base should do, against the backdrop of it kind of failing to do that. A rocket still went up - in less time that prior runs - but there are clearly still more gains to be made.
