The original Fallout taught good life lessons through its terrifyingly believable vision of a world that met its doom. In this vid, I analyze Fallout 1 story and characters and compile a list of "lessons learned" on the basis of my analysis. The topics I cover in are: trusting authorities and/or politicians based on my analysis of the Overseer, the evil stuff corporations do based on Vault-Tec and West-tek lore, the unsustainability of anarchy on the basis of New California in the original Fallout, the illusion of money and how bottle caps are a better currency than those of our world, and self development in real life with apocalyptic scenario in mind.

Obviously, don’t take this too seriously as this is meant to present my vision of how Fallout translates into our reality. It doesn’t necessarily have to reflect yours or anybody else’s.
