This is “Fallout 4 Horror Mods Load Order Overhaul for Xbox Series X, S and Xbox One”. With just 21 Mods the Commonwealth of Fallout 4 will become a far more dark and hostile environment. All the mods are here in the correct Load Order!

Let's start with the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch [Ufo4P] [Xb1] https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/914336 , which will fix many bugs of Fallout 4, then getting right into the gameplay Mods:
Fallout 4 AI Overhaul https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4256064 improves the AI and overall behavior of all the non-combat scenarios of Fallout 4.
Nature's Vengeance https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4062866 rebalances many animals and creatures.
Feral Nights By SKK [Xbox] https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4219562 spawns a special holotape in your inventory that allows you to control the spawning of feral ghouls that will hunt you.
Zombie Walkers (XB1) https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2143693 modifies ghouls to behave like classic zombies!
With Immersive Fallout all the damage values of the game will be modified to be more realistic, for example weapons like the rocket launcher deal a lot of damage now, and can actually get you out of some sticky situations, so don't waste those rockets! Moribund World (XB1) https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2090930 transforms all the weather of Fallout 4 on Xbox, to make it work let your character sleep for a little more than 48 hours.
And finally Intensity - ENB - Like Graphical Enhancements Without The Hassle https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4092970 allows you to modify many visual parameters of the game, for this load order I suggest to reset to default, add contrast twice, remove saturation twice, and add brightness once.
