This is “Fallout 4 Stealth Mods Overhaul – Xbox Modded Load Order”. This video aims to improve the stealth experience in Fallout 4 with new meaningful mechanics that will change your approach with stealth in the Commonwealth, I've tried my best to improve this aspect of the gameplay without making it too easy to hide from the enemies, let's begin.

Ok, two quick things, first I'm assuming that you are playing Fallout 4 with the Xbox FPS Boost enabled, then as per usual the first mod you need is the “Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/914336 ) to get the game into a better state. Let's get started with three general improvements: “Search And Destroy - Extended Combat Range And Stealth Searches [XB1]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1041658 ), works exactly like the mod for Skyrim, if you engage or hide from the enemies they will search you and attack you for longer periods of times and distances. A big problem of Fallout 4's stealth mechanics is the tendency of companions to get caught when you don't want to be seen, this changes with “Companions Can Sneak” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4039897 ). Thanks to “TLS Ninja Sneak” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4036160 ), when you are sneaking without weapons and you have the first sneaking perk enabled you will move 5% faster, and this can be upgraded by the last two perks. The next two Xbox mods for Fallout 4 add important mechanics to improve the stealth gameplay: “Tactical Distraction System - Lure Your Enemies” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4084055 ) allows you to whistle thus luring the enemies to your position, be aware that the results may change based on the type of enemy, your distance from them and the lighting conditions of the environment, speaking of which, with “Reneer’s Destructible Lights Mod [XB1]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2084316 ) you can destroy certain types of lights in closed locations of Fallout 4, and this helps you to hide from the enemies. And the last gameplay mod for Fallout 4 on Xbox is “Wasteland Tactical-VWOP By Jimmygitto [XB1]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4097222 ), thanks to it you can craft two types of backpacks and prop weapons to appear on your back, each crafted item is a separate clothing item in your inventory.

For this focused load order I wanted to encourage you to play stealth as much as possible, so I included “Snipers Of Commonwealth” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4021187 ) to spawn about 130 snipers across the Wasteland that will happily shoot you on sight! If you want to be silent while getting rid of your enemies your best best is “Crossbows of the Commonwealth” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1755041 ), you can find one from vendors starting from level 5. Let's introduce some stealth clothing and armors, the “Ξ.V.Λ: RECON” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4128702 ) helmet and scarf are craftable at any chem station. The “Chinese Stealth Suit” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/3400818 ) from Fallout 3 is an iconic stealth item of the series! The author said though that a built-in stealth boy was a little over power, which, fair enough I guess – the suit can be found inside this submarine in the ocean, take a look. If your style of stealth is more subtle you might want to pick up the Xbox mod “Sniper Jacket (XB1) [Standalone]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/955754 ), which is found here inside Backstreet Apparel.

To complete this Fallout 4 mods load order I also chose a few graphic mods: the night always favors stealth, so it's better to get the best sky possible to look at with “Visible Galaxy 4k” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/3014489 ). With “Enhanced Lights And FX [XB1]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4060202 ) you'll get way better lighting. And finally “Reverb And Ambiance Overhaul [XB1]” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/2019199 ) gives you a better sense of the sounds around you, while also including some new audio settings.
