This weapon is so incredibly power that it gives the explosive Minigun a run for its money, and I have concluded that this weapon is better than the explosive Minigun. It clear to see why this was disallowed by the loot algorithms, not only does it make no sense (The thing fires bullets), it also has all of the DPS of the explosive minigun, without the spinup time.
