3Funny thing about raising the resistance point requirements: I think the parts where you get captured stay at the original values, and just the danger levelups and final confrontation are really affected. I don't remember if Faith's region has any missable missions, like the one in John's region with that underwhelming semi. Jacob's didn't. Raising the resistance point requirements is more of a way of incentivizing actually doing the random events I suppose, since theoretically you could easily just do random events, miss all quests, and complete a region with the default values.
Now with 100% fewer mission completion bugs, I hope. I think my computer is just cursed. Used to be, when I still partook in alcoholification, I had to be deep in the bottle to get weird things to happen. Now, everything breaks and acts differently from how it's supposed to at all times for no apparent reason. It's not because the game is modded or because it's a more modern game and thus subject to the delusional ideal that new games are intentionally released broken and that old games were released perfectly (they weren't), because it happens in old games I play vanilla as well.
