Main setup: Arc + Lightning pen. + Added lightning damage + Arcane surge + Spell echo + Controlled Destruction.
Whirling blades + faster attacks + fortify.
CWDT + Immortal call. Lightning warp.
Conductivity + blasphemy + increased area of effect.
Summon lightning golem. Wrath.
Vaal Storm call + culling strike + added lightning damage (or whatever) + increased duration. This one is just for fun. Can use Vaal Grace for defense or Vaal Haste for more speed or whatever else you like.
