Don't like being summoner? Maybe you will like this caster-summoner build. Elementalist using Lightning golems to help with single target and Storm burst CWC ball lightning for clearing. Able to do T16 maps and in general is very strong mapping build that can do scary map mods.

At least +2 minion helmet: Animate guardian + minion and totem elemental resistance + fortify.
Gloves with at least Blind support mod: Storm burst + Cast while channelling + Ball lightning + Lesser multiple projectiles (swap to culling strike against big bosses).
Whirling blades + faster attacks + fortify.
Low level Cast when damage taken + immortal call.
Conductivity. Wrath. Convocation. Lightning warp. Decoy totem.
Aspect of the spider from gloves or other crafted item.
