1-hit setup: Flameblast + Arcane Surge + Elemental Focus + Fire penetration + Concentrated Effect. 6th maybe Controlled Destruction or lvl3 Empower.
Mapping setup: Incinerate + Cast while channeling + Ball lightning + Lesser multiple projectiles + Faster projectiles + Iron Will + Arcane surge (Yes more than 6 links, use Shaper staff with arcane surge/CWC).
Clarity. Herald of Ash for clear speed and more initial damage.
Orb of Storms + curse on hit + increased critical strikes + Warlord's Mark (it also triggers Elemental Overload and Elemental Equilibrium. Use against tough enemies or to get Endurance charges).
Leap slam + faster attacks + fortify. Decoy Totem.

How to bosses? Drop decoy totem, leap slam to boss if needed, drop orb of storm to reach boss, start charging Flameblast, once mana starts to keep going down, use Sulphur Flask to drop consecrated to gain massive regen, boss dead? No? Instantly charge another flameblast and let it keep failing. Your damage even with stage 1 will be good anyway.
