This is an optional area, and you get to see the status bomb start from turn one. Unfortunately, you usually have to cluster your group together due to how they let you load in, and the Assassin is a job that punishes you immensely. This is one of those fights that really shows how overpowered status effects are in this game, and pretty much from here, I am going to throw in the towel and abuse them like no tomorrow. There are certain combos that make you invincible if the enemy is not immune to certain effects. I hate breaking games like this, let alone this early, but I am pretty dissatisfied with the game and am just going with it.

Despite losing some characters to status effects without a chance to even move or take action, I still show off this level to a degree. By completing this, you get Bzaro to join your ranks, who functions somewhat like a Blue Mage. However, instead of taknig the hit to learn the moves, you just have to kill monsters repeatedly to get them.
