Feren OS KDE Overview | Distro Delves S2:Ep3
0In this episode of Distro Delves we are looking at Feren OS! The snapshot featured in the video was released on December 26th 2019.
Feren OS is a rather unique linux distro, being based on Ubuntu LTS but using sources & tools from Linux Mint, as well as using the KDE Plasma desktop but not appearing to use sources from KDE distros like KDE Neon.
Feren OS uses the KDE Linux desktop environment but uses a theming engine to glue Qt & GTK apps together so that the pre-installed Gnome apps look "normal" enough to blend in with the Qt KDE apps.
