How To Install & Play The Sims 4 On Linux with Lutris - the 2020 Edition! People asked me in the last Distro Delves how to get the Sims 4 running on Linux so I made a video about it!

The biggest challenge with the Sims 4 on Linux is getting Origin to behave. Even though it's written in Qt, Origin does not like to run on Linux.

There's a Lutris install script I use to get it installed but once it is running, I disable automatic updates!

The Sims 4 itself runs great on Linux. I used Ubuntu 19.10 (Ubuntu Budgie) in this video but any Linux distro with good display driver support will work fine, assuming Origin behaves.
