We continue our wacky challenge with the first three chapter 2 maps. The ability to use two guests in two out of three of these maps and the easiness of the second map in particular mean there isn't much pressure on Ramza to perform well in a luckier class combo. He can end up a Mime for all we care and that won't lead to a dead-end in the challenge. Gafgarion and Agrias are powerful enough to make Ramza's job the opposite of demanding.

Dorter Trade City (Chapter 2)

Chemist
Time Magic
Face Up
Half of MP
Move-HP Up

Not a bad setup with good support and recovery, but there is one thing here we certainly do NOT want to have - that's the Face Up reaction ability! When a spell connects on Ramza, he has a Brave% chance of accumulating extra Faith, a part of which will carry over and increase his permanent Faith. Since Faith lowers magic resistance while bolstering magic power and not all of Ramza's classes on this run will be able to make use of magic (at all or simply in an effective way), we really don't want permanent Faith increases. Who knows, we may have to suck it up and tolerate if we get some forced ones later on, but Gaf and Agrias can carry this with minimal pressure and thus damage inflicted on Ramza.

Some archers will reach Ramza, never triggering Face Up, and the wizards should be severely weakened or dead by the time they can approach and target Ramza - I get lucky with not proccing Face Up the one time a wizard manages to cast a spell on Ramza (redirecting that spell to kill the wizard).

Agrias seems to have accumulated a lot of damage at one point in this battle but idk... Does she actually ever die for anyone here? Gaf's Night Sword makes his death even more unlikely.

Araguay Woods

Priest
Sing
Meatbone Slash
Equip Spear
Any Ground

One of the game's easiest maps. Goblins are total scrubs, and this map can be cleaned up without any of Ramza's help. Yet still, Equip Spear on a Priest results in some pretty nice damage that can reach targets at 2-range, since Priest isn't an entirely bad class for physical attacks, as seasoned players can certify (you have all sorts of phys priest builds with Jump and whatnot). Meatbone Slash is sorta wasted here, but would be invaluable if I chances to get a priest with one during a boss battle.

Boco behaves unusually on this attempt, escaping from his normal hiding spot and then just strolling around the map.

Zirekile Falls

Priest
Jump
Weapon Guard
Short Charge
Move-Get Jp

First we get a Priest with Equip Spear, now we get a Priest with Jump but no Equip Spear. The game must be making fun of me (or, the RNG, to be more accurate).

Either way, this Ramza's damage potential is far worse than that of the previous one immediately following the moment when the first (and only possible) Holy is cast on one of the enemy knights. You can leave him with a staff or unequip his weapon entirely, it hardly matters as the damage output will end up minuscule regardless of your choice of equipment. Short Charge won't affect Jump's resolution time either, so its utility is rather restricted. At least it's nice to have maxed Jump range with all abilities automatically learned for this run?

Either way, Agrias and now Delita do most of the work here.
