This a modified version of FF7 which enhances the HP/MP and stats of enemies and bosses. Don't bother with asking me where to find it. Google will be your loyal guide and friend.

First off, let's list the damage this sucker can dish out to back row people without sadness:

Trine: ~1200 to all
Normal Attack & Big Horn: ~1200 to one
Hell Combo: ~2000 to one

That's all before criticals are factored in.

If you've seen GarlandTheGreat or 1whoistornapart's videos of this boss, they poisoned it, then stayed alive via phoenix downs.

The poisoning I can do via Bio...but what about the reviving part? My MP won't last anywhere near long enough until the end and I can't trust Aeris to get a limit when it's most needed.

Thankfully, the solution comes in the form of that cat on the stuffed animal...also known as Cait Sith. He has weapon that's found in a chest in Nibelheim's Shinra Mansion with 8 materia slots. 5 Cover materia plus 7 HP Pluses gives him 1.2k HP. Couple that with getting him Sadness via Elfadunks and I have my tank for this battle.

Still, it's not that easy. Materia Keeper must not open with Trine, a critical hit normal attack, a crit hit Big Horn, or Hell Combo before Cait can defend. Any of these attacks mean failure.

Once he's defending, Cloud and Aeris can keep his HP up with Cures. WW helps when one has to do a specific action (Aeris using Bio or Cloud using Sense). It also helps if it's normal attack or Big Horn go critical. Not so for Hell Combo though as that'll one shot Cait even while defending. Gotta hope that doesn't happen.

Aeris has a limit break readied just incase I needed a MP refill (Needed it because of a couple crit hits Cait took up to that point, causing Aeris to run out of MP before the end was in sight).

After poisoning has taken Materia Keeper down to 2000-2500 HP, it's a good time to start setting up for Aeris to be the sole survivor. Cloud can kill himself off with magic of your choice. If Aeris still has a limit, then you can let Cait die off, then fire up PP and it oughta last until Materia Keeper bites the dust.

In my case though, I had to risk it. Cait needed to die on Materia Keeper's last attack before it too died. Got lucky to have that happen.

Should be the last tough fight until the Temple of the Ancients thankfully.
