FF7 Hard Mod - Low Level No Items - Stingers
2This a modified version of FF7 which enhances the HP/MP and stats of enemies and bosses. Don't bother with asking me where to find it. Google will be your loyal guide and friend.
Terribly sorry for the huge delay in videos. A combo of getting sidetracked by other stuff in life plus the fact my internet connection hasn't been stable for awhile until now contributed to that.
With that out of the way...my first video in awhile and it's refreshingly easy compared to the last few fights. Thanks to Laser, I don't need to grab Frog Song to disable the Stingers. I just handle it a little differently as a result.
First off...Cloud defends. With 5 Cover materias and a few HP Pluses, he can take the physicals and Rabbit Gouge quite soundly.
Meanwhile, Aeris casts Laser followed by Red doing the same. Red takes the first Sting Bomb counter after this.
Red then does Sled Fang to lower its HP enough for Aeris to kill it with Beta (But any attack that doesn't hit for more than 880 damage will do here to get that set up).
Red then KOs himself with Fire and I wait until Cloud gets killed off, then Aeris finishes the fight with Beta.
Before the next fight, I use Cure on Aeris. There's a chance she can get double attacked or Rabbit Gouged before she can fire off Pulse of Life and she'll need full HP to survive either situation if it happens.
Once everyone is back up to full strength, it's the same plan of attack as the first Stinger.
