-I'm so happy to see the Balnab/Barnabas and Lugae return from FFIV here. They even had Barnabas start the fight by bopping Lugae!

-I thought Lugae at first was taking on the form of Edge's dad, but that's just coincidence I'm pretty sure. It's really just his final form from the FFIV Lugae fight.

-Lugae said that Zenos appointed him, which surprised me. He seems MUCH more like a Fandaniel pick.

-Legit shocked that Anima wasn't a trial. It was an INCREDIBLE dungeon boss, so much so that it even felt like a trial!

-It fits perfectly as a paragon of Garlemald. Nothing noble there. Just pain and bondage and using the pain of others as weapons.

-I don't think it clicked while playing, but I get now that the threat keeping us from just chasing down Fandaniel and Zenos was the tempered running amok, presumably destroying and killing everything they can.

-One of my favorite bits of villain characterization is when the villains mess up. This is both why I loved the touch with Fandaniel where the barrier held and why I hate the Big Bad in the most recent WoW expansion, the Jailer.

-I agree with Azulmagia about the stress of Babil. I died once, but it feels way less chaotic than the boss mechanics in Zot.
