I've been reading that mindfulness can lower stress and anxiety. One article specifically mentions that mindfulness focuses on awareness and acceptance of your current thoughts. A key factor is that you must process your thoughts without emotion. I imagine that is because emotions are exhausting; stress is physically damaging to the body. Meditation will not always undo that damage, but breathing with a clear mind is a great recharge to the pressures of life. If anything, a clear mind can give you better space to seek solutions.
Okay friends, let me level with you. The challengers of round 4 are almost all charge characters (F.A.N.G, Alex, Guile, and Balrog). The only character that differs is Ibuki, a character I have never used outside of Trials. If the previous round was difficult because they included characters I rarely played, this round will be a struggle because they are of an archetype I do not handle well. The only hope I have? At least I have awareness of how the AI will play them. I'll remind myself to breathe and focus.
