Guess what my word of the day was when I was writing this. It was “micrify”, which means “to make small or insignificant”. Think of it as the opposite of “magnify”. The picture used as an example was a cover art of the late 80's Disney classic “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids”. You remember, the movie where a scientist invented a shrinking machine, and the kids were accidently “micrified”. They then had to travel through their home, where everything was of colossal proportions, in order to reverse the shrinking process.
I feel like our brave cat is living the adventure of the kids in this episode, except obviously it is naturally smaller in size. We arrive in the slums, where the robots give us a less-than-welcoming reception. It's a good thing Casper is adorable, so winning their robo-hearts does not take long. However, our tiny cat must navigate the maze-like structure of the human-sized hovels and locate items of interest in order to appease the Companions. The goal? Try to get to the Outside, which most of the robots don't believe in, or have given up hope of witnessing.
