(Read below for combo notation)

Anywhere you can straight up link a AAAA to another AAAA, you can substitute the whole sequence instead for a AAAA (delay) backwards hurricane kick. It will still allow you to followup with the same combo you've done before, only now the followups should be a little easier and you do a little bit more net damage.
It also opens the door to Norris' midscreen infinites.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special
x = that particular hit in the chain doesn't occur; ie if I write xxAA, that means you perform Norris' 3rd and 4th hits of his chain (press A 2 times), not press A 4 times
In all of Norris' enders, you can substitute AAA8AJ for AAAA - 28A to get higher points if only 1 enemy is left and already dead (ditto with AAAA - 2369S), or do 6S and followups instead of 28A for more damage

0:00 AA slide xxAA
AA - 66A - 664 - xxAA
(delay) - 29A,
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-the first time you try to do a backwards hurricane kick after AAAA, it will not be easy; you need to delay ever so slightly, so the opponent is closer to max distance, but not too much

0:09 slide starter
66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A

0:19 throw starter
AAA8A, 6645 -
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-normally off a throw, norris does less damage compared to other starters, but with the AAAA (delay) 27A filler, you can now do as much damage as other starters

0:30 infinite AAA version
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,
[AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,] xn
-midscreen infinite without throws; anywhere there's a AAAA x2, you can go into this; this combo is actually harder than the next varation

0:44 infinite AAAA version
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,
[AAAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,] xn
-this midscreen infinite variation is easier, but it does bring you closer to the edge faster

0:55 if AAAA infinite gets to edge
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,
[AAAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA (delay) - 29A,] xn
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-if you get close to the edge, do AAA (delay) - 66A instead of AAAA - 66A and proceed to finish the combo
