To get Omnislash (Cloud's final Limit Break) and W-Summon Materia in Final Fantasy 7, you need to win points at Gold Saucer’s Battle Square in Disc 2 or 3.

I recommend a melee-focused Battle Square setup, which is less likely to be affected by handicaps.

Use the Battle Square setup following:

Double Cut (leveled to 4x-Cut if possible - location: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7D_aWX_pnY)
Long Range (to attack from back row)
Hades + Added Effect (on weapon to inflict status effects - location: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7D_aWX_pnY)
Counter Attack (as many as possible, since they stack)
Ultima Weapon, Mystile and Ribbon (best equipment, Ribbon essential for status defence. Ultima Weapon location:

Also recommended is:

Restore (for healing)

HP + MP Plus (to max out stats)
Having Knights of the Round, Ultima and Mime (these are overkill, but are good if melee is affected. Locations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeXRSJsaDqM)
Being as high level as possible

Due to the way handicaps work, no setup is full proof. But this will cover most bases and win most battles.

Depending on the handicaps, you can win anywhere from 2000 to 12,000 BP per win.

With x3 speed, and the ease of the melee build (you just attack!) you can earn Omnislash and W-Summon quickly.

Remember when you leave the Battle Square your points are lost - so buy each item in a single sitting.
