HP Plus is one of the most useful Materia in the original Final Fantasy 7, giving you a percentage boost to your HP.

Even at high levels, you'll want to have at least one equipped to help you reach 9,999 HP. And at lower levels, you can equip several to see the effect stack.

The first HP Plus Materia location is by scoring between 60 and 100 points in the ‘Rufus March’ mini-game in Junon, just before you get on the cargo ship between continents.

If you score more than 100 points, you receive the Force Stealer weapon instead. Neither prize is missable, and both have their benefits depending on what you need at that point in the game. Either way, you can buy HP Plus Materia later from Cosmo Canyon for 8,000 Gil each, with this video showing the specific shop location. This will be sold here for the rest of the game - so you can always return if you need more.
