Manipulate Materia is a unique skill which allows you to control an enemy in battle.

Cait Sith will have one equipped when joining your party in the Gold Saucer, and you can acquire more from shops in Rocket Town and Fort Condor from Disc 2 onwards (when you get the Highwind).
