FINAL FANTASY II (Pixel Remaster) - Cyclone Sequence (Lowest Level)
0All characters are base level! No XP in weapons, attributes, or magic. The 4th character comes already leveled up as you don't get them until you enter the Leviathan. Consequently, they become the tank/damage dealer, and the other characters are buffers. Each fight has a slightly different strategy.
This sequence was about prayer and RNG.
There are multiple non-RNG ways to do the first two fights. My strategy was simple. Haste Ricard, who has blood sword, and pray for 16 hits on first two turns on Wood Golem (hoping that Ricard doesn't get slept). If you have two character up, throw a Warp and Break. I only had one and thankful a break hit. If you can clear one horse and get the Golem, that's the end of fight. Blood sword with haste will clear the rest.
The third fight hurts.
