The 4th Dragon (or 3rd depending on how you travel) you will slay is Blue Dragon, the Dragon of Water. Slaying this beast allows the other 2 teams access to where Skull Dragon is later.
Of the 8, this one is probably the easiest to handle.

PLAN
=====
Just like before, the Dragon uses a lot of heavy Water offense, but this time it attacks twice per turn. Also, the Rippler Mechanic still sxists, except this time any positive effect will trigger the check and it will apply Slow, Poison and Blind on itself and swap these effects to you, even if you are using Auto items. If you are an LLP with limited status protection, it is best not to use buffs.
The only other annoying thing to watch out for is Blue Fang as this inflicts Stop and only certain Rages can negate this. Use Dispel when you get the chance to remove it.
Equip as much Water protection as possible and let him have it. Use Lightning attacks to do maximum damage. Anemone or Aspiran (Gigavolt) are this boss' doom for Rages.
