There are 2 paths this fight can take. When I think I need 2 Deadly waste, I win in 3 turns, when I think I need 3 Deadly Waste it takes 2 turns. This is because Barret gains a level up from killing the 2 groups of smoggers but does not when we kill 1 group. The level up bumps his Big Shot damage range from about 570-630ish. With this, If cloud get a high damage roll on his Braver I can win in 2 attacks. Without it, I'm short about 90 damage.

Reminder: I'm not going to grind out critical limit breaks. You could maybe do this in 1 turn with a critical limit and a high damage roll. The critical limit chances at this point are very low, and getting a good damage roll would take even longer.
